Quote Generator from Luxwood enables multiple quotes from a variety of sources and programs to be combined into one single quote. Pricing can be adjusted on the single quote, eliminating confusion and creating a professional and consistent message to the customer.

Within Quote Generator, price revisions on competitive quotes can quickly be adjusted by typing a new Grand Total and pressing the [ENTER] key. Immediately the pricing is revised using a complex algorithm which divides the discount in tiny increments across many SKUs starting with those which have the highest markup/margin. Price revisions can also be made by entering new values in the Markup, Margin or Total Profit Fields, resulting in an instant recalculation of all the other values.

Adding a stock item to the list is quick and easy. Just right click in the SKU column and the following menus will appear. After clicking on ADD STOCK ITEM, Quote Generator prompts the user for an SKU or description. Simply enter this information in the SKU or PRODUCT column. If you have an imported data base from your spreadsheet, accounting, or point-of-sale system, the rest of the information is progressively completed as the user types. Adding non-stock items is equally simple and quick.

With Quote Generators Report Designer, the user can define specific reports and save for future use. Reports can be saved as .rtf, and HTML formats in addition to .pdf. If needed, the reports can be further modified in most word processing and editing programs.
